Postmaster Tools v2

Gmail compliance status + spam rate via Google's v2 API. (v1 was retired end of 2025.)

OAuth note

This reuses your existing Postmaster OAuth connection (Phase 3 - the same Google scope works for v2). If sync shows "not fetched", reconnect at Postmaster OAuth. The v2 API only covers Gmail recipients and updates daily with a processing delay - empty rows mean "no data yet", not zero.
